Resilience: The Storm Will Pass

We sometimes have difficult times in life. Phases  I like to call the storm.

When you are going through the storm it can sometimes feel like it will never end and there is no way out.

But I am here to tell you that the Storm will pass though it does not seem like it now.

You are stronger than you think you are.

Here are some strategies to help you to get through.

Talk to others

Do the things that bring you joy

Surround yourself with people that make you happy

Sleep – Personally I find using sleep meditation or hypnosis recordings very useful. It helps me with being present, with my breathing. Which in turn helps me to relax.

Exercise – I find walking easy and relaxing and it does wonders for relaxing you by helping your brain to release chemicals such as Serotonin.

Eat well- we need fuel to function, eating and drinking will keep you healthy which will pay off in the long run.

It may take time but this time will pass and the sun will shine in your life again.
